摘要
主要介绍了四锤头的锻造原理,阐述了四锤头锻造的工艺变形过程,通过对普通两锤头锻造的曲轴光坯与用四锤头锻造的曲轴光坯的对比,分析说明了四锤头锻造对生产效率、设备动力费用、燃气消耗、锻件内部质量的影响。
This article mainly introduce the forging principle and deformation process about four hammer forging,and through contrasting the crankshaft light billets of ordinary two hammer forging and four hammer forging,the production efficiency,power and gas consumption and forging internal quality with four hammer forging is analyzed and stated in this paper.
