全棉针织物布面红蓝点成因研究

The Causes of Red-and-blue Spots on Pure-cotton Bleached Knits

本文针对我国针织行业长期存在的红蓝点问题进行了较深入的研究。文章详细地叙述了全棉针织物布面红蓝点的性能和特征;分析了红蓝点的产生规律和形成的原因,并用科学的方法进行了验证,摸索了在氧漂一浴法工艺中加化学助剂直接解决红蓝点的方法,并提供了各种试验结果,对我国针织行业重新推广工艺简单的氧漂一浴法和提高氧漂工艺产品的正品率具有一定的参考价值。

The paper is devoted to the red-and-blue spots, which have been a puzzling trouble in Chinese knitting industry for a long time. Their characteristics, regularity and causes are analysed and verified scientifically. Pretreatment with chemicals in oxygen bleaching is recommended, and some experimental results are given.
