摘要
目的 探讨大学生文化智力与应对效能及乐观状况的相关性,为大学生的文化智力培养提供依据.方法对567名大学生采用自拟一般资料问卷、文化智力量表、应对效能量表、生活取向测验和归因风格问卷进行测评分析.结果 不同英语水平大学生文化智力量表的元认知、认知和行为3个维度评分差异均有显著性(P<0.05或0.01),动机维度评分差异无显著性(P>0.05);不同文化背景交往经历的大学生文化智力量表各维度评分差异均有显著性(P<0.05或0.01);大学生文化智力量表各维度评分均与应对效能量表评分呈显著正相关(P<0.05),元认知、动机、行动3个维度评分均与气质乐观和乐观解释风格评分呈显著正相关(P<0.05或0.01).结论 大学生文化智力水平与其个体应对效能和乐观状况密切相关,文化智力水平越高,整合与利用跨文化资源的能力越强.
Objective To explore the relationship between cultural intelligence and coping efficacy or optimism among university students in order to provide basis for the cultivation of culture intelligence. Methods Assessments were carried out with the Self-made General Information Questionnaire (SGIQ), Culture Intelligence Scale (CIS), Coping Efficacy Questionnaire (CEQ), Life Orientation Test-Revised (LOT-R) and Attributional Style Questionnaire (ASQ) among 567 university students. Results There were significant differences in metacognition, cognition and behavior scores among students with different English levels (P〈0.05 or 0.01) and no in motivation (P〉0.05) ; there were significant differences in each dimension score among students with different cultural communication experiences (P 〈 0. 05 or 0.01) ; All dimensions scores of the CIS were notably positively related to the CEQ score(P〈0.05) and the scores of metacognition, cognition and behavior to those of dispositional optimism and optimistic explanatory style (P〈0.05 or 0.01). Conclusion Culture intelligence levels of university students are closely related to coping efficacy and optimstic status, the higher culture intelligence level is, the stronger ability to integrate and utilize cross-cultural resource becomes.
