摘要
RAW264.7细胞是小鼠单核巨噬细胞白血病细胞,其在炎症反应、免疫反应和吞噬反应中发挥着关键的作用。随着脂质组学的发展,对人类疾病的研究已将其与基因组学和蛋白质组学结合起来。脂质代谢通路的阐明,为筛选药物作用的靶点提供了可能。对RAW264.7细胞与脂类物质代谢的相关研究进行了综述。
RAW264.7 Cell line is macrophages leukemia cell in mice,and it plays a key role in inflammatory response,immune response and devoured reaction.The development of lipidomics has been with the genomics and proteomics for human disease researches together.Lipid metabolic pathways provide the possibility for effect screening targets of drugs.The relationships of RAW264.7 cell line and lipid metabolism are reviewed.
