摘要
选取具代表性的滨海某化工园区污水厂升级改造处理系统,在其启动阶段,分别对预处理、生物强化、深度处理3个工艺单元进行调试研究,得到了各自最优工作参数,顺利启动了系统。并在其后为期一年的运行中,对COD、总磷、氨氮、总氮、SS、生物毒性及菌群等多项指标进行监测,对运行中的现象和问题进行了机理分析。从整体上加强了对废水处理系统各工艺模块及其参数的优化、控制效果的研究,对滨海新区乃至天津地区的控污减排工作具有重要意义。
This research selected a representative centralized treatment system of plants for wastewater from a chemical industry park in Binhai New Area,that was being upgraded,and carried on commissioning research during its start stage in three process units including pretreatment,bio-augmentation,advanced treatment,respectively.The optimized running parameters were obtained and the system was start smoothly.During the following operation period for one year,several indexes were monitored,such as COD,TP,NH3-N,TN,SS,bio-toxicity and flora,phenomena and problems in run were analyzed from mechanism based on large amounts of data.Research has integrally strengthened on each process unit in wastewater treatment system and its parameter optimization and control effect,it will undoubtedly be significant to pollution control and emission reduction in Binhai New Area even Tianjin.
