民办本科高校科研工作SWOT分析及发展对策

SWOT analysis and development countermeasure of scenitific research programs in non-governmental universities

利用SWOT分析工具,对西安地区部分民办本科高校科研发展面临的机会、威胁及其内部的优劣势进行了分析,提出了促进民办本科高校科研发展的战略选择与发展对策:建立完善、公平、扶持相结合的科研工作机制;提高对做好科研工作重要性的认识;正确把握科研工作定位和方向;加强对中青年骨干教师的培养。

In terms of the method of SWOT,this paper makes an analysis of the oppertunites,threats,weakness and strength that non-governmental universities in Xi＇an have to face in developing their scentific researches,and it also put forwards some suggestions,such as the strtegical selection and development countermeasures to improve the scientific researches of non-governmental universities,the establishement and improvement of a fair and supporting meachanism of scientific researches,the awareness of the imprtance of performing scientific researches,the corret understanding of the position and objectives of scientific researches,and the necessity of training the backbone of teachers.
