The construction of the team of faculty in non-governmental universities is key to the development of higher education of non-governmental institutions.Based upon the current situation of the team of faculty in non-governmental universities of Shaanxi province,this paper makes an analysis of the new opportunities and severer challenges that the team of faculty has to face.According to the reality of non-governmental universities,the paper studies the duties of governments at all levels in the construction of the team of faculty of non-governmental universities,and provides some suggestions from a new perspective.
