高职院校实施“订单式”人才培养的几点思考

On the order-form-based training of professionals provided by higher vocational colleges

"订单式"人才培养模式随着高等职业教育改革实践中逐渐发展起来,它显现出"校企合作、工学结合"的人才培养特点,能够达到学校、企业和学生"共赢"的效果。对高职院校在校企合作订单培养过程中的合作企业选择,订单班级的组建、培养、就业,组织保障等问题结合实践进行探讨,以期对高职院校"订单式"人才培养工作有所裨益。

The order-form-based training mode of professionals is become more and more popular with the development of the educational reform of higher vocational colleges,and it is characterized by the cooperation between schools and enterprises as well as the combination of practice with learning.The mode could make schools,enterprises and students be satisfied.This paper makes an analysis of the selection of enterprises and the construction,training,employment and guarantee of order-form-based calsses during the traning provided by higher vocational colleges through cooperation with enterprises via order forms.The study could be instructive.
