远程教育中有效学习的困境与出路

On solutions to problems in effective learning in distance education

远程教育的普及极大地促进了我国人才培养观念到模式的一系列的改革,同时也促进了学习方式的变革。但调查研究发现,远程教育中学员在有效学习方面面临着诸如学员动力不足、工学矛盾突出、学习方式难以适应、课程缺乏吸引力等困境。提高远程教育中有效学习需要转变学员传统学习观念,养成利用远程学习习惯;加强教学交互设计,激发学员学习兴趣;优化远程教育资源,建设远程教育精品、特色课程;完善远程学习监控机制,提高远程教育教学质量。

The popularization of distance education in China has not only greatly promoted the reforms in personnel training from concepts to modes,but also changed students＇learning modes.As investigations show,there are some problems in effective learning for the students who receive distance education,such as students＇ lack of learning motivation,conflicts between work and learning,difficulty in adaptation to the learning mode,boredom of some courses,and so on.In order to solve the problems to improve students＇ learning efficiency in distance education,this paper provides the following suggestions： students should change their traditional learning concepts to form new habits of distance learning;teachers should enhance the teaching interaction between them and their students to arouse the interests of the students in learning;the resources for distance education should be optimized to design excellent courses for distance education;the monitoring system of distance learning should be improved to increase the teaching quality of distance education.
