摘要
目的通过本研究了解参麦注射液的临床使用情况及探析合理用药情况与影响不良反应发生的相关因素.方法采用调查研究的方法,对四川五家医院336例使用参麦注射液的患者进行调查研究.结果临床上存在不合理用药现象,主要表现为超适应证使用、浓度过大、溶媒使用不当及滴速过快等,不良反应发生与不合理用药之间存在关联.结论医生在使用该药时要符合中医药理论,避免不合理用药,以减少不良反应的发生.
Objective To investigate the clinical utilization of Shenmai Injection, explore and analyze the rational use of drugs and the related factors of adverse reactions. Methods 336 patients in 5 hospitals of Sichuan were investigated with research methods. Results The irrational use of drugs in clinic mainly included over dose, above the normal concentration, solvent unreasonable and too fast infusion and so on. The adverse reactions were related with irrational use of drugs; Conclusion Clinicians should refer to the theory of Chinese medicine to avoid irrational use of drugs and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions of Shenmai Injection.
