Refractory epilepsy and its therapy

摘要 难治性癫痫指经2种或2种以上一线推荐、合理应用的抗癫痫药物单独或联合应用,血药浓度在有效范围内,但癫痫发作乃不能得到满意控制者。本文综述相关诊断、预测因素及治疗策略。 Refractory epilepsy is defined as poorly controlled seizure disorder despite the use of at least two first-line anti-epilepsy drugs with sufficient drug plasma concentration. This review describes diagnosis, predictors and treatment of refractory epilepsy.
