儿童肺炎支原体感染及其耐药性分析 被引量:10

Infection of Mycoplasma pneumonia in children and drug susceptibility analysis

摘要 目的探讨儿童肺炎支原体(MP)感染及其药敏情况。方法收集400例疑似MP感染患儿的咽拭子标本,采用培养药敏试剂盒,进行MP的培养鉴定及药物敏感分析。结果 400例咽拭子MP样本中,阳性株68例,阳性率为17%。其中耐药株为18例,占(MP感染的)26.4%。对受试药物的耐药性由高到低依次为红霉素(16.2%)>阿奇霉素(11.8%)>罗红霉素(8.8%)=克林霉素(8.8%)=依托红霉素(8.8%)>加替沙星(7.4%)=克拉霉素(7.4%)>乙酰螺旋霉素(5.9%)=交沙霉素(5.9%)=莫西沙星(5.9%)>环丙沙星(4.4%)>左氧氟沙星(2.9%)>多西环素(0%)=米诺环素(0%)。结论儿童MP感染率高且耐药率高,临床应重视药敏分析,合理选用抗菌药物。 Objective To explore the infection of Mycoplasma pneumonia (MP) and its drug sensitivity. Methods Throat swab samples from 400 children with suspected MP infection were cultured, identified and tested by drug sensitivity test kits. Results Within the 400 cases, 68 (17%) were positive for blood MP infection. Among them, 18 (26.4%)were resistant strains. The drug resistance level from high to low was ERY (16.2%)〉AZ (11.8%)〉ROX(8.8%)=CLI (8.8%)=EST (8.8%) 〉GAT(7.4%)=CLA (7.4%) 〉ASP (5.9%)=JOS (5.9%)=MOX (5.9%) 〉CIP (4.4%) 〉LEV (2.9%) 〉DOX (0%)=MIN (0%). Conclusion The rate of MP infection in children is higher. It is necessary to perform drug sensitivity test before selecting drugs and it should arouse more attention in clinic.
