摘要
以205家员工人数在100人以上的企业为样本,采用结构方程模型检验了人力资本对企业绩效的直接效应、组织形态对人力资本与企业绩效关系的调节效应。结果显示,个体人力资本、群体人力资本对企业绩效的正向直接效应都显著;组织形态对群体人力资本与企业绩效关系的正向调节效应显著,对个体人力资本与企业绩效关系的正向调节效应不显著。
Based on the samples of 205 firms with more than one hundred full-time employees, this paper uses structural equations to examine the direct effects of human capital on firm performance and the moderating effects of organization configuration on relationships between human capital and firm performance. Evidences indicate that the individual human capital and group human capital have positive-effect on firm performance. The form of orgnization has marked positive-regulation effect on the relationshop of group human capital and firm performace. It has indistinctive positive-regulation effect on the relationship of individual human capital and firm performance.
