摘要 本文探讨了如何利用高管激励机制引导创新双元性的问题,重点分析了经理人持股与任期对双元创新的平衡程度和互补程度的影响,以及组合能力在此过程中的调节作用。研究发现,经理人持股与任期对双元创新的平衡与互补两个纬度产生不同的影响,而且高管激励机制的引导作用受到企业组合能力的制约或加强。本研究弥补了以往对如何引导企业开展双元性创新的问题缺乏研究的不足,也为中国企业如何通过改革推动创新的管理实践提供了理论指导。 This paper explores how to guide dual innovation using executive incentive mechanisms. Focusing on CEO stock and tenure, the paper analyzes the effects of the two factors on balance and complementarity of dual innovation and the moderating effects of combinative capabilities. The results show that CEO stock and tenure have different effects on the two dimensions of ambidexterity, balance and complementarity, and these effects are enhanced or weakened by the firm's combiuative capabilities. The paper extends previous research on how to guide corporations to develop dual innovation, and provides theoretical guidance for Chinese enterprises on how to promote innovation through reformation.
