摘要
追求课堂教学民主是当代教育民主精神的重要体现,但在不少教师那里却被沦为一种心照不宣的"大话",缺少真正落实。导致这种"大话"流行的原因是多方面的,其中包括呼唤教学民主的立场产生了偏差。民主课堂的核心特征是师生理智自由的运用,具体表现在深度对话与互动、相互倾听、教学研一体化等方面。而推动教学民主的观念落实,关键要注意探寻民主的思路转变,即由强制性的被动民主走向基于教育爱的自然民主。
The pursuit of teaching democracy in classroom reflects a significant aspect of educational democracy. While for those teachers who didn't take action, they are only empty talk. The reason that causes its popularity lies in multi-aspects, including the standpoint deviation of teaching democracy research. The core character of democratic classroom is the application of intellectual freedom, and specifically it shows such aspects like deep dialogue and interaction, listening attentively to each other, and integration of teaching, learning and research. To promote the realization of the concept of teaching democracy, we should change the ways of thought in pursuing teaching democracy from compulsory democracy to natural democracy based on educational love.
