摘要
采用日本理学Rint 2200型和丹东皓元DX-2700型两种型号的X射线衍射仪,采集具有立方结构的BL3TC5和四方结构的BaTiO3陶瓷体和粉末XRD谱.研究表明:相对于粉末XRD衍射峰,陶瓷体XRD峰向低角端移动,晶体的单胞体积增加.先进国外仪器的量化结果提供了校正国产仪器变温XRD测试的科学依据.
Rint 2200 ( Rigaku, Japan) and DX-2700 ( Dandong Hao Yuan, China) X-ray diffractometers were used to measure bulk and powder XRD patterns of cubic BL3TC5 and tetragonal BaTiO3 ceramics, respectively. The results show that with respect to powder XRD, all ceramic bulk XRD peaks shift towards lower diffraction angle and unit cell volume of crystal increases. The quantization results from advanced foreign apparatus provided scientific basis for calibration of domestic apparatus.
