摘要
通过种子乳液聚合方法合成聚丙烯酸丁酯胶乳和丙烯酸丁酯与苯乙烯共聚胶乳,然后采用乳液聚合法接枝苯乙烯和甲基丙烯酸甲酯,制备出具有核-壳结构的丙烯酸酯类抗冲改性剂(ACR).以ACR作为聚氯乙烯(PVC)的抗冲击改性剂,考察了具有不同组成的ACR对改性后的PVC性能的影响.
Poly ( butyl acrylate ) ( PBA ) and poly ( butyl acrylate-co-styrene) (SBA) latex were prepared via seeded emulsion polymerization. Then core-shell structure of acrylic impact resistant modifiers were successfully synthesized by grafting styrene and methyl methacrylate on PBA or SBA seed latex in emulsion polymerization. These modifiers were blended with PVC to Prepare ACR/PVC blends. The influence of ACR composition on the property of PVC resin was investigated.
