对邯宝公司炼铁生产技术进步进行了总结。通过精料,合理利用冶金废料,创新装料制度,成功实施高风温、高顶压、低硅低硫冶炼,科学运用综合鼓风湿度、喷吹高配比烟煤等先进技术,得到了较好的生产指标。

The author summarizes the ironmaking production technology in Hanbao Steel where smelting with high blast temperature, high top pressure, low silicon and sulphur content is realized successfully by using beneficiated burden material, rational blending of metallurgical scrap and operating innovative charging system; additionally, scientific utilization of blast humidity and PCI with high ratio of soft coal help the blast furnace achieving good production index.
