隔药灸联合柳氮磺胺吡啶治疗强直性脊柱炎60例临床观察

Clinical Observation on 60 Ankylosing Spondylitis Patients Treated by Moxibustion on Medicinal Cake plus Sufasalazine

目的 观察隔药灸联合柳氮磺胺吡啶(SSZ)治疗强直性脊柱炎(AS)的临床疗效。方法 将120例AS患者随机分为观察组和对照组各60例,对照组口服SSZ片,每次0.75g,每日2次,以后每周递增0.25g,至每次1.0g、每日2次维持;观察组在此基础上配合隔药灸(附子、白芥子、吴茱萸)每日1次,治疗3个月后观察疗效,并检测两组患者治疗前后各症状积分、枕墙距、指地距、胸廓活动度,以及血沉(ESR)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)含量。结果 观察组和对照组总有效率分别为91.66%、73.33%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后各症状积分、指地距、胸廓活动度以及ESR、CRP均较治疗前改善(P<0.05或P<0.01),两组治疗后比较差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01),观察组优于对照组。结论 隔药灸配合SSZ在改善患者关节功能及理化指标方面均优于单纯使用SSZ。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of moxibustion and medicinal cake plus sufasalazine （SSZ） on ankylosing spondylitis （AS）. Methods Totally 120 AS patients were randomized into trial group and control group with 60 in each. The control group was administered SSZ tablets, 0.75g each time, 2 times a day, then increasing by 0.25g every week, till 1.0g each time, 2 times a day; the trial group was treated in the same way but given additionally the moxibustion on medicinal cake containing Fuzi （Radix Aconiti Praeparata）, Baijiezi （Semen Sinapis Albae）, and Wuzhuyu （Fructus Evodiae） once everyday. The treatment lasted for 3 months. Before and after treatment, the symptom scores, pillow-wall distance, finger-ground distance, thoracic mobility, erythrocyte sedimentation rate （ESR）, and C- reactive protein （CRP） content of both groups were detected. Results The total effective rate of the trial group and control group was 91.66% and 73.33% respectively, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. After treatment, the symptom scores, finger-ground distance, thoracic mobility, ESR, and CRP content of both groups were all improved （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）, and the difference between the two groups after treatment was also statistically significant （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）, the trial group was better than the control group in effect. Conclusion Medicinal moxibustion plus SSZ is superior to the single use of the latter in improving the joint functions and physicochemical indices of the patients.
