摘要
目的建立同时测定风灵凝胶(丽江山慈菇、三七)中有效成分三七皂苷R1、秋水仙碱、人参皂苷Rg1及人参皂苷Rb1的高效液相色谱法。方法采用高效液相色谱法进行梯度洗脱,流动相为乙腈-水,色谱柱为Kromasil C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)。结果三七皂苷R1、秋水仙碱、人参皂苷Rg1、人参皂苷Rb1分别在5.2~166.0μg/mL、0.8~25.2μg/mL、20.8~666.3μg/mL、22.1~708.4μg/mL范围内线性关系良好;各成分加样回收率均符合要求;每支风灵凝胶中含秋水仙碱不得少于4.7 mg,含三七总皂苷不得少于657.0 mg。结论 该方法简便、稳定,专属性强,重现性好。可用于风灵凝胶各有效成分的测定。
AIM To develop an analysis method of simultaneously determining notoginsenoside R1,colchicine,panaxoside Rg1 and panaxoside Rb1 in Fengling Gel(Iphigeniae indicae Pseudobulbus,Notoginseng Radix) by HPLC.METHODS Methyl cyanide-water as the mobile phase,chromatographic column was Kromasil C18(250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm) in gradient elution mode by HPLC.RESULTS The linear ranges were 5.2-166.0 μg/mL for notoginsenoside R1,0.8-25.2 μg/mL for colchicine,20.8-666.3 μg/mL for panaxoside Rg1,and 22.1-708.4 μg/mL for panaxoside Rb1,respectively.The recovery results were according to the requirement,and the contents of colchicine and Panax notoginseng saponins in a piece of Fengling Gel should not be less than 4.7 mg and 657.0 mg,respectively.CONCLUSION The method is convenient,specific and reproducible,and can be used for the quality control of Fengling Gel.
