摘要
21世纪的技术创新趋势是网络化合作创新和开放式创新。这一趋势对现有的技术创新提出了挑战,主要体现在技术交易市场、企业创新管理模式、知识产权制度。为了适应这一趋势,企业需要构建外部创新网络,逐步搭建内部创新平台,同时灵活运用知识产权管理方式。
Collaboration innovation and open innovation are the main tendency in 21st century.This new tendency brings challenges in many fields,such as technology transaction market,technology innovation management mode and intellectual property system.In order to adapt to this tendency,outer innovation network,inner innovation platform and flexible intellectual property management patterns should be used.
