低碳经济发展视角下推进台州制造业转型升级对策研究

Study on the Strategies of Promoting the Transformation and Upgrading of Taizhou Manufacturing Industry from the Perspective of Low Carbon Economic Development

在分析台州制造业发展现状,低碳发展所面临的机遇与挑战的基础之上,提出科学规划引导,聚集政策合力扶持,产业结构调整与优化带动,新型城市化建设助推,"五大"工程实施为抓手,推进台州制造业转型升级的对策集合,践行低碳经济发展道路的建议。

Based on the analysis of the development status of Taizhou manufacturing industry and the opportunities and challenges of low-carbon development,the author proposed that Taizhou manufacturing industry can be transformed and upgraded by means of scientific planning and guidance,preferential supporting policies,industrial restructuring,optimizing stimulant,new urbanization and ＂five projects＂ to promote the development of low carbon economy.
