东莞市企业知识产权人才现状及发展需求调查与分析

The Survey and Analysis of Current Situation of Talents for Intellectual Property and Their Development Demands in Dongguan Enterprises(2010)

调查近年东莞市企业知识产权人才现状及发展需求,对调查结果进行统计分析,归纳总结东莞企业知识产权人才状况的特点、企业的人才需求,并分析存在的问题及原因,并针对调查显现的问题,从改善企业知识产权人才储备、构建知识产权人才发展战略、提高知识产权人才层次等方面,提出改善东莞知识产权人才现状的建议。

Based on the statistical analysis of the survey results about the Dongguan enterprises＇ talents for intellectual property（IP） in recent years,the paper concludes the features of situation on the Dongguan enterprises＇ IP talents and demands of talents from enterprises,and analyzes the existing problems and their corresponding reasons.In view of the existing problems,this paper also provides some suggestions concerning Dongguan enterprises＇ talents for IP,such as how to improve the reserve of talents,construct strategies for talents development and advance the level of talents.
