农村实用人才培训现状及培训体系构建——以广东省为例

Rural Practical Training Situation and Training System Structure——Take the case study of Guangdong Province

农业的发展水平、农村的经济状况以及农民的富裕程度与农村实用人才队伍的规模和水平息息相关。在目前农村实用人才规模和水平都相对低下的情况下,培训农村实用人才成为农民教育的重中之重。农村实用人才培训应建立科学的培训体系,在宏观层面,有利于政府整合各种培训资源,在微观层面,有利于培训实施主体建立和完善培训制度、培训资源、培训项目以及培训运营规范。

The level of agricultural development,rural economic conditions and the wealth of farmers are closely related to the scale and level of rural practical talents.The present scale and level of rural practical talents is relatively low,therefore training rural practical talents has become a top priority of farmer education.Rural practical training shall establish a scientific training system.In the macroscopic level,it＇ s helpful for the government in various training resources integration,and in the microcosmic level,it＇ s conducive to the establishment of training implementing subjects and the improvement of training system,training resources,training programs,and training operation norm.
