在阐述产业集群与专业孵化器概念及特点的基础上,从静态及动态两个维度剖析专业孵化器与集群之间的关系。
Based on the detailed concepts and characteristics of professional incubator and industrial cluster,the paper systematically analyzed the relationship between professional incubator and industrial cluster from two dimensions of static analysis and dynamic analysis.
