在无标度模型的基础上,以虚拟技术创新联盟为例,对无标度模型演化进行扩展,建立具有核心创新力的多阶段虚拟技术创新联盟演化模型和算法,并通过仿真验证联盟的构建过程具有小世界和无标度特性,为研究此类联盟的构建提供一定的参考。

Based on the scale-free networks and taking the virtual technology innovation alliance as the background,the paper makes some expansion on evolution of scale-free model.At the same time,the paper establishes the core creativity and multi-stage model and algorithm of virtual technology innovation alliance evolution.Through the process of the alliance construction,the paper raises the point that the alliance has the characteristics of small world and scale-free,which can provide reference for the future study.
