摘要 介绍在大量使用点焊机的企业存在的功率因数低、负荷变化速度快以及冲击大造成的电压的跌落和闪变等电能质量问题,同时由于焊机工作的间歇性造成变压器空载率高等问题。并根据现场的实际情况,制造补偿设备解决以上问题。 This paper introduces the enterprises who use the spot welding machine exist the problems of electric energy quality, include the low power factor, voltage sag and flicker caused by load change quickly and largely , and according to the actual situation, my company design and manufacture the TSC compensation device to solve these problems.
