摘要
从可靠性和经济性角度分析双管制与三管制热网改造方案的可行性。算例以扩建的双管制系统和整体功能改变的三管制系统两种方案进行比较,采用功能质量热指标评价方案的可靠性并进行事故工况水力分析;用管道材料特性系数评估方案管材耗费;表明三管制既可靠又经济,是枝状管网改扩建的理想方案。
This paper analyzes the feasibility of double-pipe network and three-pipe network reform scheme in terms of reliability and economy. A practical example has been used to assess the reliability of the scheme by employing function-quality heating index. Hydraulic characteristics of the practical example have been analyzed in the accident operating mode. The material consumption coefficient is also used to evaluate the tubing cost of the scheme. The conclusion indicates that the three-pipe network method is the ideal method owes its reliability and economy in tree-shaped network reconstruction.
