基于“专业—就业—创业”的电子商务专业实践教学体系研究

A Research on practice teaching system for e-commerce major basing on “major-employment-venture”

电子商务专业实践教学体系的科学性和完整性影响着电子商务专业人才培养质量。把分层教育理论引入到电子商务专业实践教学体系中,即建立专业、就业、创业的电子商务实践教学体系,是培养该专业实践教学体系一次变革创新。在确立了每一层次的实践教学目标和培养目标后,提出了认知与应用实践、综合项目性实践、创新性与商务实践三种层级递进的策略。通过校内外实训实习项目达到实训能力提升,期望学生在专业层次上,实现专业与岗位相通;在就业层次上,实现高质量与灵活就业;在创业层次上,实现毕业生创业率和成功率高。并以义乌工商职业技术学院为例,进行了验证分析。

E-commerce has become an important par of commercial activities. The quality of e-commerce talents has been one standard to measure the e-commerce major at one college. The practice teaching system of e-commerce major influences the quality of talents cultivation. We should establish a practice teaching system of e-commerce and that is ＂major-employment-venture＂, which is cognition and application, a practice of integrated projects as well as innovation and commercial practice. We should determine the practice teaching objectives and cultivation objectives of each step. We should improve our students＇ humanistic quality, ideological morality, and professional quality of e-commerce. Our students can improve their practice ability and finish their academic study via practicing and other ways. Our students can complete a professional and integrated practicing project independently and then graduate satisfactorily. Our students will have creative spirit, pioneering consciousness and creative ability, and then they will start their business easily. This author takes Yiwu Industrial and Commercial College as an example and makes a verification analysis.
