摘要 目的建立电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法测定鸦胆子药材中铜、砷、镉、汞、铅含量的方法。方法样品经高压消解,分别以72Ge、115In、209Bi为内标,补偿基体效应,采用ICP-MS法同时测定上述5种元素的含量。结果对于所测元素,校准曲线的相关系数r>0.999 5,回收率在93.2%~107.1%内,RSD<9.7%。结论本研究所建立的方法简便、准确、快速,可用于鸦胆子药材的质量控制,并为不同产地鸦胆子药材中痕量元素含量的测定提供了方法。 Objective To establish an ICP-MS method for the determination of hazardous elements, including Cu, As, Cd, Hg, Pb in Bmceae Fructus. Methods The samples were digested at high pressure. The five hazardous elements were directly analyzed by ICP-MS. In order to correct the analytical signal drift, ^72 Ge, ^115In and ^209Bi which were selected as internal standard elements were added to both the standard solution and sample. Results For all of the analyzed hazardous elements, the correlative coefficient of the calibration curves was over 0. 999 5. The recovery rates of the procedure were 93.2%-107.1% ,and its RSD was lower than 9.7%. Conclusions This method is convenient, quick-acquired and accurate. The method can be used for the quality control of Bmceae Fructus and the content determination of trace elements in Bruceae Fructus from different habitats.
