回生口服液对随访期卵巢癌患者复发风险的影响

Effect of Huisheng Oral Liquid on Risk of Recurrence for Patients with Ovarian Cancer in Follow-up Period

目的探讨抗肿瘤中成药回生口服液对随访期卵巢癌患者复发风险的影响。方法选择经过一线治疗取得完全缓解的卵巢癌患者82例,分为服药组和观察组,服药组给予回生口服液10 ml,3次/d,口服,连服3周休1周,如此重复;观察组不应用任何抗肿瘤中西药物。两组均按照美国国立综合癌症网络(NCCN)指南要求进行随访,确诊疾病复发后随即终止试验。结果服药组52例患者平均疾病进展时间为25.83个月,观察组30例平均疾病进展时间为21.62个月,两组复发风险比较,差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.673,P=0.412)。各随访节点服药组的CA-125水平均低于观察组,并于随访的第6至24个月期间,两组检测值间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论回生口服液对随访期卵巢癌患者有确切的康复治疗作用,对降低卵巢癌患者的复发风险有一定的临床效果。

Objective To investigate the effect of Huisheng oral liquid,an oral anti-cancer Chinese medicine,on the risk of recurrence for patients with ovarian cancer during follow-up period.Methods Totally 82 patients with ovarian cancer who were achieved complete remission after first-line treatment were involved,and divided as the trial group and the observation group.The patients in the trial group were given Huisheng oral liquid 10 ml three times a day,for 3 weeks,then one week of rest,which was so repeatedly conducted;while those in the observation group were not given any anti-tumor medicine.The patients in both groups were followed up in accordance with the National Comprehensive Cancer Network（NCCN） guidelines,and the trial was immediately terminated on the diagnosis of disease recurrence.Results The average progression time of 52 patients of the trial group was 25.83 months,while that of 30 patients of the observation group was 21.62 months,there was no statistically significant difference in risk of recurrence between two groups（χ^2=0.673,P=0.412）.The CA-125 levels of the trial group were lower than those of the observation group at each follow-up point,and during follow-up of 6 to 24 months the differences of test values between the two groups were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Huisheng oral liquid has the exact rehabilitating effect on the patients with ovarian cancer during follow-up period,and it can reduce the risk of recurrence of ovarian cancer.
