一贯煎在不同阶段对CCl_4慢性肝损伤动物模型的影响

Effects of Yi Guan Jian on CCl_4 at different stages of chronic liver injury in animal models

目的:探讨一贯煎对慢性肝损伤动物模型的干预最佳阶段。方法:利用CCl4慢性肝损伤大鼠模型,在全程12W造模过程中,分别在全程12W,后8W,后4W每天给予相同剂量一贯煎灌胃,观察12W后肝损伤指标。结果:12W组与后8W组无显著差异,12W组与后8W组优于后4W组。结论:利用一贯煎干预CCl4慢性肝损伤动物模型12W,最佳阶段为中间4W。

Objective：To investigate the best stage for animal models of chronic liver injury intervention with Yi Guan Jian. Methods：CCl4 rat model of chronic liver injury,modeling for 12W,respectively,in the full 12W,after 8W,4W,the same dose given orally Yiguanjian per day,observed indicators of liver injury after 12W.Results：12W and 8W group have no significant difference,12W8W group better than 4W group.Conclusion：The intervention of Yiguanjian on CCl4 chronic liver injury animal models for 12W,the best stage for the middle of 4W.
