补阳还五汤加味治疗糖尿病60例的临床观察

Clinical observation on treating 60 cases of DM with Buyang Huanwu decoction

目的:观察补阳还五汤加味对于气阴两虚型糖尿病患者的临床疗效。方法:将60例患2型糖尿病并出现周围神经病变的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。在饮食控制和降糖药物治疗的基础上,治疗组用补阳还五汤加味治疗,对照组口服维生素B1和甲钴胺片治疗,均以4周为1个疗程,治疗3个疗程。同时观察两组患者治疗前后中医证候积分、血液流变学指标。结果:治疗后治疗组中医证候积分改善明显优于对照组(P<0.01),血液流变学各项指标较治疗前显著下降(P<0.01);且明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结果:治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组,有明显差异(P<0.01)。结论:补阳还五汤加味治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效较好。

Objective：To observe clinical efficacy of Buyang Huanwu decoction for DM.Methods：60 patients with type 2 diabetes and peripheral neuropathy randomly divided into the treated group and control group of 30 cases.the treated group took Buyang Huanwu decoction,control group took vitamin B1 and methylcobalamin,and 4 weeks for a course,for 3 courses;record TCM syndrome score and blood rheology.Results：After treatment,TCM syndrome score improvement was significantly better than the control group（P0.01）. Conclusion：Diabetic peripheral neuropathy is treated with Buyang Huanwu decoction better.
