春泽汤加减治疗充血性心力衰竭48例临床观察

Clinical observation on treating 48 cases of congestive heart failure with Chunze decoction

目的:观察春泽汤加减治疗心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法:将93例心力衰竭患者随机分为两组,治疗组48例,采用春泽汤加减配合常规西医治疗;对照组45例,单用常规西医治疗。连续用药2周～1个月,观察两组治疗前后临床疗效。结果:治疗组加服春泽汤与对照组相比,治疗效果明显提高,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:春泽汤加减配合西医治疗充血性心力衰竭,中西医优势互补,疗效显著。

Objective：To observe treating heart failure with Chunze decoction.Methods：93 cases of heart failure were randomly divided into two groups,the treated group were treated with Chunze decoction plus western medicine;control group 45 cases,a single treatment with conventional Western medicine.2 weeks to 1 month,clinical efficacy were observed following treatment.Results： comparing with the control group,treatment significantly improved,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion： Chunze Decoction plus Western treating heart failure is better.
