通心络胶囊联合舒血宁注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛54例

Treating 54 cases of CHD angina with Tong Xinluo capsule plus Shu Xuening injection

目的:观察通心络联合舒血宁注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛的效果和安全性。方法:对54例患者(稳定型劳力型心绞痛39例,不稳定型心绞痛l5例)均用通心络联合舒血宁注射液进行治疗,治疗前后查血尿大便常规、血糖、血脂、肝肾功能、心电图、血压、及血液流变学变化等,观察临床症状变化及用药安全性。结果稳定型劳力型心绞痛的有效率为87.18%,不稳定型心绞痛的有效率为73.33%。结论通心络胶囊联合舒血宁注射液对冠心病心绞痛疗效肯定。

Objective：To investigate effects and security of Tong Xinluo capsule plus Shu Xuening injection.Methods：54 patients（stable angina pectoris in 39 cases,l5 patients with unstable angina pectoris）were treated by both,urine stool routine check before and after treatment,blood glucose,blood lipids,liver and kidney function,ECG,blood pressure,and blood rheology changes,investigate changes in clinical symptoms and medication safety.Results：Stable angina effective rate was 87.18%,unstable angina was 73.33% effective.Conclusion：The clinical effects with both is satisfied.
