中医辨证分型治疗萎缩性胃炎的疗效分析

A clinical analysis of treating atrophicgastritis in TCM

目的:探讨中医辩证分型治疗萎缩性胃炎的方法及治疗效果;方法:回顾性分析2010年1月～2011年9月我院应用中医辩证分型治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎患者33例的临床资料;结果经治疗2个月后,显效20例(60.06%),有效6例(18.18%),好转5例(15.15%),无效2例(6.06%)。总有效率达93.94%(31/33);结论:针对萎缩性胃炎的病因给予辩证分型治疗,可以收到良好的治疗效果。

Objective：To investigate treating atrophicgastritis in TCM.Methods：To do a retrospective analysis of chronic atrophicgastritis cases from January 2010 to September 2011 in our hospital,33 patients with clinical data;Results：After after 2 months, effective in 20 cases（60.06%）,effective in 6 cases（18.18%）,improved in 5 cases（15.15%）,2 cases for null（6.06%）.The total effective rate was 93.94%（31/33）.Conclusion：For atrophicgastritis,shouldgive different treatment in differentiation.
