八珍汤合五味消毒饮治疗骨科植皮术后感染并耐药42例疗效观察

Clinical observation on trating 42 cases of bone infection after skin grafting plus drug resistance with Bazhen decoction & Wuwei Xiaodu drink

观察八珍汤合五味消毒饮治疗骨科植皮术后感染并耐药的临床疗效。方法:对42例骨科植皮术后感染并产生临床耐药的患者给予八珍汤合五味消毒饮治疗。结果:总有效率为97.62%,治愈率为42.86%。结论:八珍汤合五味消毒饮治疗骨科植皮术后感染并耐药患者有较好的临床疗效。

Objective：Observation of Clinical efficacy of Bazhen DecoctionWuwei Xiaodu Drink on the treatment of orthopedic infections with drug resistance after skin grafting.Methods：Given treatment to 42 patients of Bazhen DecoctionWuwei Xiaodu Drink who experienced bone grafting infection and produced clinical multidrug resistance.Results：The total efficiency is 97.62%and the cure rate is 42.86%.Conclusion：Bazhen dcoction and Wuwei Xiaodu Drink used for the treatment of orthopedic infections with drug resistance after skin grafting has achieved good clinical effect.
