川黄燥湿汤外洗治疗慢性骨髓炎30例临床研究

Clinical research on treating 30 cases of chronic osteomyelitis with external application of Chuanhuang Zaoshi decoction

目的:观察川黄燥湿汤外洗治疗慢性骨髓炎的临床疗效。方法:用川黄燥湿汤外洗治疗慢性骨髓炎30例,与用庆大霉素稀释液湿敷治疗的15例进行对照。结果:临床总有效率治疗组为93.3%,对照组为73.3%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);复发率治疗组为7.1%,对照组为25.0%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:川黄燥湿汤外洗治疗慢性骨髓炎有较好的临床疗效。

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of Chuanhuang Zaoshi decoction in chronic osteomyelitis.Methods：Treating 30 cases with TCM medicine;with gentamicin for 15 cases were compared.Results：The clinical total effective treatment group was 93.3%, 73.3%in the control group,treatment group than the control group（P0.05）;recurrence rate in the treated group was 7.1%,in the control group was 25.0%,the treatment group than the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：the Chuanhuang Zaoshi decoction have better clinical efficacy.
