摘要
目的:探讨临床常用的两种四神丸治疗五更泻的临床疗效,方法:采用临床常用的两种水丸制剂,临床随机分为原方组和加减方组,其中原方组56例,加减方组64例。结果:原方组治愈28例,有效27例,无效1例;加减方组治愈31例,有效32例,无效1例。两组临床疗效无明显差异,加减方组略优于原方组。结论:两者都是治疗五更泻的有效方剂,并且临床疗效加减方组略优于原方组,但是笔者认为原方作为成药临床应用推广临床价值更大。
Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of Shishen pill,Methods：Randomly 120 cases were divided into the original group and improvedgroup,in which the original group 56 cases,64 patients for improved prescription.Results：The original side was cured 28 cases, effective in 27 cases,1 patient for no efficacy;improved group was little effective in 32 cases,1 patient for nill.No significant difference in clinical efficacy,improved one slightly better than the original group.Conclusion：Believe that the original prescription better for the clinical application.
