银翘海荷汤治疗疱疹性咽峡炎临床观察

Clinical observation on treating Herpes angina with Yinqiao Haihe decoction

目的:观察银翘海荷汤治疗疱疹性咽峡炎的疗效;方法:对2010年3月～2011年3月门诊治疗的疱疹性咽峡炎患者随机分为治疗组90例和对照组30例,治疗组服用自拟经验方银翘海荷汤,对照组使用抗生素及炎琥宁治疗;结果:治疗组有效率98.9%,对照组有效率86.7%,经卡方检验,两组总有效率差异有显著性意义(x2=8.42,P<0.05),治愈率差异有非常显著性意义(x2=30.4,P<0.001);两组症状改善时间经U检验治疗组明显优于对照组(u=12.64,P<0.01)。结论:银翘海荷汤具有抗病毒、抗感染,起效快,疗效好等特点,且服用方便。

Objective：To observe effect of Yinqiao Haihe in treating herpes angina;Methods：90 herpes angina patients were randomly divided into treatment and control group;90 cases,30 patients;the treated group took Yinqiao Haihe decoction,antibiotics in the control group;results：The treated group was 98.9%in the control group was 86.7%,by chi-square test,in two groups the total effective rate was significant different（x 2 =8.42,P0.05）,the cure rate difference was statistically significant（x 2 =30.4,P0.001）;symptoms healing time by the U test better than the control（u=12.64,P0.01）.Conclusion：Yinqiao Haihe decoction has anti-viral,anti-infection function.
