真武汤联合用药治疗心衰临床观察

Clinical observation about the treatment of heart failure with Zhenwu decoction combined with other medication

目的:观察真武汤联合用药治疗心力衰竭的临床效果。方法:将2005～2009年本院住院90例心力衰竭患者随机分为A、B、C三组进行治疗,其中A组采用真武汤治疗,B组采用西药治疗,C组采用真武汤和西药联合治疗,观察临床疗效。结果A组30例患者治疗后显效13例,有效11例,无效5例,加重1例,有效率为80%;B组30例患者治疗后显效14例,有效9例,无效6例,加重1例,有效率为76.7%;C组30例患者治疗后显效20例,有效8例,无效2例,加重0例,有效率为93.3%。三组有效率差异有统计学意义(x2=106.8,P<0.05)。结论:真武汤联合西药可以有效治疗心力衰竭。

Objective：To observe the clinical effects of the treatment in heart failure with zhenwu decoction combined with other medication.Methods：The heart failure inpatients（2005～2009）in our hospital were randomly divided into three groups：group A,group B and group C.The patients of group A were treated with zhenwu decoction,the patients of group B were treated with western medicine,the patients of group C were treated with zhenwu decoction combined with western medicine,then to observe the clinical effects.Results：The cases of marked effective,effective,ineffective and aggravated were 13,1,5 and 1 separately ingroup A,then the effective rate was 80%;the cases of marked effective,effective,ineffective and aggravated were 14,9,6 and 1 separately ingroup B,then the effective rate was 76.7%; the cases of marked effective,effective,ineffective and aggravated were 20,8,2 and 0 separately ingroup C,then the effective rate was 93.3%;the differences between the effective rates had statistical significance（x 2 =106.8,P0.05）.Conclusion：The Zhenwu decoction combined with western medicine can effective therapy for heart failure.
