中药结合针灸疗法治疗130例肩周炎疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating scapulohumeral periarthritis 130 cases by TCM medicine plus acupuncture and moxibustion

目的:探讨中药结合针灸疗法治疗肩周炎的临床疗效。方法:选取130例肩周炎患者,分为治疗组、对照组两组,治疗组采用中药结合针灸疗法,对照组采用西药疗法。结果:治疗组疗效优于对照组,治疗组治愈率42/65(64.62%),总有效率64/65(98.47%),对照组治愈率34/65(52.31%),总有效率53/65(87.69%),分别经统计学处理有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:中药调理结合针灸疗法治疗肩周炎明显优于西药疗法,值得临床推广。

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of TCM combined with acupuncture and moxibustion on scapulohumeral periarthritis.Methods：130 cases were randomly divided into 2 groups.The control group（n=65）were treated with western medicine.The treated group（n=65）were treated with traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupuncture and moxibustion.Result：The cured and markedly effective rate was 42/65（64.62%）in the treatment group and 64/65（98.47%）.The cured and markedly effective rate was 34/65 （52.31%）and 53/65（87.69%）in the control group.There were significant differences between the groups（P0.05）.Conclusion：The effect of TCM combined with acupuncture and moxibustion is distinct for scapulohumeral periarthritis.They have good value of clinical applications.
