摘要
在骨伤科中,各种急、慢性损伤皆不外乎气血津液的损伤,一旦气机受阻,则必然影响到血的运行,凝滞成瘀;血瘀也可使气运失畅,促成痰的形成。此文旨在探讨"痰瘀"这种致病因素在骨伤科治疗中的重要性,认为骨伤科疾病的治疗应在前人活血祛瘀的基础上,重视理伤佐以化痰的观念,并加以进一步研究和探讨,为骨伤疾病的治疗丰富治疗方法。
