中西医结合治疗热毒血瘀型糖尿病足20例疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating 20 cases of DM feet in the integrative medicine

目的:观察加味四妙勇安汤配合西药治疗糖尿病足热毒血瘀型的临床疗效。方法:选择糖尿病足符合热毒血瘀型20例,用西药控制血糖、感染、常规消毒清创及药物湿敷,配合加味四妙勇安汤治疗,观察治疗后症状体征变化,并设立对照组对比。结果:观察组疗总有效率高于对照组,两组疗效比较有统计学意义,(P<0.05,)且治疗后局部征积分情况优于对照组,(P<0.05。)结论:在西医治疗基础上,结合加味四妙勇安汤治疗热毒血瘀型糖尿病足疗效显著。

Objective：To observe clinical efficacy of treating diabetic foot with Simiao Yongan decoction.Methods：Diabetic foot in 20 cases,with western medicine to control blood sugar,infection,debridement and routine disinfectiont,with Simiao Yongan decoction, observed changes in symptoms and signs,and established the control group compared.Results：The total effective rate higher than control group,two groups was statistically significant,P0.05,and the local levy points was better than the controlgroup,P0.05.Conclusion： Simiao Yongan decoction plus western medicine has agood clinical efficacy.
