声带术后自拟中药汤剂调理临床疗效观察

Clinical application of TCM medicine following vocal cord surgery

目的:观察中西医结合治疗声带术后声音恢复状况,声带水肿转归的情况。方法:声带术后患者187例。分为2组,住院手术组为治疗组,在少量西药减量治疗基础上加用中药(泽泻、车前子、千张纸、桔梗、山药、茯苓、薄荷、射干、蝉蜕、乌梅等加减)。门诊手术组为对照组,采用传统西药治疗。结果:两组治疗声带术后声带水肿均有改善。治疗组与对照组相比较,15天后两组痊愈率分别为44.70%、21.57%,比较有显著性差异(P<0.01);总有效率分别为84.70%、73.53%,比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:中西医结合治疗声带术后声带水肿疗效令人满意。

Objective：To observe clinical effects of integrative medicine in reducing edema following surgery.Methods：187 cases were divided into two groups,ambulatory surgery group for the treatment group,a small amount of medicine in the treatment of reduction with TCM medicine.Outpatient surgery was the control group,taking western medicine.Results：Both group were improved after surgery. Treatment group compared with the control group,15 days after two cure rates were 44.70%,21.57%,significant difference P0.01;total effective rate was 84.70%,73.53%,significant difference P0.01.Conclusion：The integrative therapy has a better satisfied effect.
