中西结合治疗158例输卵管阻塞性不孕的临床效果观察

Effects of the integrative medicines in 158 salpingemphraxis sterility patients

目的:探讨输卵管阻塞性不孕的有效治疗措施,观察中西医结合治疗在该类不孕疾病中的临床效果。方法:将近年于我院就诊的输卵管阻塞性不孕患者纳入回顾性研究,根据用药的不同分为实验组和对照组。对照组145例,予输卵管通水术治疗;实验组158例,在对照组基础上加用中药治疗。结果:①两组总有效率有显著性差异,实验组明显高于对照组,x2=20.74,P<0.05。②组受孕率有显著性差异,实验组明显高于对照组,x2=19.02,P<0.05.结论:在西医的输卵管通水术的基础上辅以理气化瘀通管的中医治疗,能有效促进阻塞输卵管的再通,提高患者受孕率。

Objective：To investigate the effective therapy in salpingemphraxis sterility patients,and the effect of combined therapy of Chinese and western medicines.Methods：Patients were involved in retrospective study,145 patients in control group were treated by hydrotubation;158 in experimental group were treated by hydrotubation and Chinese medicine.Results：①Total effective rate was significant higher in experimental group,x 2 =20.74,P0.05.②Fertility rate was significant higher in experimental group,x 2= 19.02, P0.05.Conclusion：Combined therapy of Chinese and western medicines is effective in treating salpingemphraxis sterility patients.
