摘要
目的:观察中西医结合治疗虹膜睫状体炎的临床疗效。方法:将54例虹膜睫状体炎门诊患者随机分为两组。每组27例。对照组采用局部散瞳联合激素治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上结合中医辨证施治。结果:治疗组治疗后总有效率为92.59%,对照组治疗后总有效率为62.96%,两组病例治疗后总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗虹膜睫状体炎效果明显优于单纯西药治疗,值得临床推广应用。
Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of treating the iridocyclitisin the integrative medicine.Methods：54 iridocyclitis patients were randomly divided into two groups.Each group of 27 patients.The control group took partial mydriatic joint hormone treatment,the treatedt group took TCM therapy more.Results：In the treated group the total effective rate was 93.75%,and the control group was 78.12%,comparative differences have statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：The integrative medicine therapy is better than pure western medicine therapy.
