摘要
建国以来,随着我国社会发展目标的不断演变,教育政策重心经历了"政治为本"到"经济为本"再到"育人为本"的嬗变。教育由工具功能向本体功能回归,体现了对教育功能认识的深化;教育政策变迁中存在着"路径依赖"问题;教育有其自身的规律,应保持适当的独立性。
Since the building of the People's Republic of China,the focus of education policy has gone through three stages:politics-centered stage,economy-centered stage and human-centered stage.The development from instrument function to noumenon function reflects that understanding on education function has deepened."Path dependence"exists in policy development.Education has its own regular,and it should be properly independent.
