摘要
[目的]胃毒毒力的准确测定对陆生有害软体动物毒剂的筛选具有重要意义。[方法]试验以玉米粉为饵料配制了含有系列质量分数药剂的琼脂饵饼,通过单头饲喂测定了四聚乙醛和甲萘威对灰巴蜗牛(Bradybaenaravida)的胃毒毒力,用Logistic模型拟合所得数据,构建了毒力回归曲线。[结果]根据毒力回归曲线计算得到四聚乙醛和甲萘威对灰巴蜗牛LD50值分别为14.0472、253.7858μg/g。[结论]试验表明含药饵饼单头饲喂是测定陆生有害软体动物胃毒毒力的有效生测方法。
The main approach of terrestrial harmful mollusks control is to apply molluscicide bait,and the bioassay method of stomach toxicity is very important for molluscicide screening.[Methods] The agar cake baits containing different concentration of metaldehyde and carbaryl was made with corn powder in the experiment and the tested mollusks(Bradybaena ravida) were fed with the bait singly to assess the molluscicides stomach toxicity.Toxicity regression equations was established by fitting the experiment data to Logistic regression models.[Results] According to the toxicity regression model,the LD50 values of metaldehyde and carbaryl are 14.047 2 and 253.785 8 μg/g respectively.[Conclusions] Experiment results showed that feeding mollusks with agar cake bait singly was a practical method to measure stomach toxicity of molluscicides.
