The Strategic Analysis of America Returning Asia

从美国的"重返亚洲"政策入手,分析近年美国对亚洲(亚太)政策的调整、变化及其根源,在此基础上探讨了美国重返亚洲政策对地缘政治的影响。在当前的国际形势下,美国重返亚洲反映了美国重视与亚洲各国的合作,而不仅仅是在亚洲搞对抗。当然,加强与亚洲各国,尤其是与中国的合作才最符合美国的国家利益。美国在重返亚洲的过程中,受到经济实力因金融危机而削弱的影响,露骨地使用军事硬实力、挑唆亚洲各国对华敌视情绪,不利于亚洲各国的发展,也对美国当前的经济恢复没有好处。亚洲各国有意愿、有能力独力解决亚洲发展过程存在的各种矛盾和问题,外部势力的介入只能是添乱。

Beginning with America＇s returning Asia strategy, this paper analyses the arrangement, vanauon, and root of Asia pacific policy, and then investigates its influences on geopolitics. It is believed that under the current international situation, America prefers to value the cooperation between every country in Asia to mere confrontations. Certainly, strengthening cooperation with Asian countries, especially with China, is for the best interest of America. During this return, America＇ s strategy was weakened by the financial crisis, but she resorted to her military power and incited the hostility feeling from other Asian countries, which does harm to Asian countries＇ development, neither does it do good to the current American economic recovery. Countries in Asia have are willing, and capable to solve the contradiction and problems in the Asian developing course, and the external intervention can only bring more troubles.
